90% of factory in Thailand have the same problem which is ‘hot weather’. Most factories try to solve by open household fan, and it turns out every staff has at least 1 fan. The factory was full, messy and wasteful. In worst case, the hot air come out from the fan.

Advantage of ventilation

Thermal comfort condition depends on 3 components: Temperature, Humidity, Air velocity. Installing an exhaust fan will decrease humidity and increase air velocity inside the building. The air is lighter, the staff work freely and fresh. Also, decrease the damage of machine from overheat.

Installing the exhaust fan

Our engineering team designed the ventilation system by calculating the proper  airflow rate, the direction of wind. Basically, the minimum airflow rate is 5 air change,  but Thailand is too hot. Too less airflow rate will not help the accumulate heat  problem.
